With the passage of time and due to engagement of  ZPU PROMASZ employees, mechanical construction of machinery underwent a significant transformation.

Nowadays, the oldest employees remember the times, when all the parts of machines were made in the workshop. Some of the smallest and detailed parts were made manually. Such a line of work did not last for a long time. In order to shorten the period of waiting for ordered machine, every process proceeding in a machine got examined. This resulted in taking up the decision to commission execution of respective elements to external companies, and ZPU PROMASZ has entered into cooperation with international corporations with years of experience in production of subassemblies.    

• Ball slides (Bosch Rexroth) – applied as a replacement for guiding element in saws,
• Electro spindle (Saccardo) or in large saws - motoreducers (Rossi), – applied as a replacement for spindles driven by V-belts
• Reducers (Rossi) and toothed bars (also with skew teeth) – drive of X, Y, Z axes, for all types of machines.

Systematical search for new solutions enables us to produce reliable steel frames and equipping them with the most modern subassemblies provided by world renown producers.

We are aware that our experience and knowledge obliges us to introduce changes in construction methods. It is possible due to implementation of new technologies, but especially due to hard work and trust among ZPU PROMASZ team.
