Automatic grinder AS-01.2

The device is used to grind and polish slabs of natural stone (granite, marble) of any shape. Working area 3200 mm x 3200 m. Grinders are productive machines. They feature stiff construction, long durability and work efficiency. The carrying construction of machine makes steel frame, on which guides are mounted. On the guides the support with spindle moves (transverse movement). Whole machine moves on guides mounted on concrete walls (longitudinal movement of machine).
Control system of machine enables work in manual and automatic cycles.
Manual cycle allows for translocation of head in any place of work area. It is used to setting movements.
In manual cycle, by means of joystick it is necessary to enter into driver memory contour of irregular one or more plates- one after another, marking with button characteristic points (max 8). To make it simple, contour of rectangle marks with points diagonally.    
The device can work with many plates at the same time. After machining the first plate, machine automatically comes to another with control of head lifting. Machine works in automatic cycle according to program in driver programmable Mitsubishi.
For each plate (marked with its own number) a proper manner of machining can be programmed – till polishing:

• longitudinal movement regulated with travel of head (translocation on edge),
• zig zag movement with regulated travel of head (translocation on edge) 
• circular movement – on profile outline

The combination of particular movements with previously programmed number of cycles for each of them is possible.
Regulation of height of head placement is carried out by two systems:

• mechanically – by means of screw mechanism, assuring stiff placement of head in a position in relation to a frame,
• pneumatically, by means of two pneumatic  cylinders assuring elastic behaviour of head, setting automatically in relation to surface being machined.

Requirements to be executed (before starting the machine) by Customer:

1. electric supply cable:
   5 x 6 [mm2] , cooper line (flexible)
2. protection in electric network before machin
   C32 – 3P
3. before start, all fixed, metal parts shall be connected by means of band iron of section 120 mm2 with PE of electric installation.
4. all media (electricity, water, compressed air) shall be led to foundations of switch board.
