Line saw to cut out profiles PLP300

The device is designed to cut out profiles in slabs in X,Y planes.
Moving part with a fixture of a line ? 12 travels on a guide in axes X,Y.
A line with pneumatic tension is guided by three wheels.
Immovable part is a bench, where slab is placed.
Particularly worthy of notice is CNC type control with servodrives in axes. It allows for a full interpolation in axes X,Y, ie. work according to selected, standard CNC (DIN 66025 ie. according to programs in CNC language).

The machine can work in three options:

1. In a machine driver’s memory there is a library of profiles (up to 250 items). They can be chosen by the program. Also scale of particular dimensions and other parameters (e.g. length or width) can be selected.  Before automatic work appropriate speed of work can be selected. Also compensation of shape by a diameter of cutting line was entered.
2. The second option is designed for work as a copying machine, ie. cutting out shape profiles according to shapes previously drawn with a marker on paper. During work the machine traces – by means of a laser sensor – the shape drawn, and at the same time cuts out the shape with a line in material in scale 1:1.
3. The third option allows to cut out profiles according to shapes previously drawn with a marker on paper, shape which before automatic work is entered into a driver’s memory in a cycle of quick learning. Given profile can be repeated countless times without necessity of using the model on paper. CNC program allows for the best repeatedness of performance and gives the possibility of programming any self profiles in collaboration with the computer.

Option no. 1 gives the most accurate reconstruction of selected profile.
Option no. 3 allows for multiple use of cut out profiles previously drawn thanks to reconstruction from driver’s memory.
There is a possibility of backing up the digitalized profiles in a computer memory and sending them to the driver’s memory one more time in order to cut out the next profile.
