The machine’s purpose is the cutting of stone blocks
The saw’s diameters are: 2200mm, 3000 mm, 3500 mm.
The supporting construction of the machine is a steel frame, on which a rail and ball guide bar is mounted. On the guide bar moves the carriage with a spindle and a disk (working movement).
The setting movement is done by an electrically powered trolley, which moves along the rail.
Each of the movements: the operating and the setting movement are controlled by the inverter, which guarantees a smooth start, braking, speed control and protects the motors from the consequences of a short-circuit, overloads and changes in the voltage.
The trolley can be moved longitudinally in the selected direction by any programmed distance – in the manual cycle. Just before arriving at the programmed value it slows down, thus enabling better accuracy of the dimension.
The accuracy of the dimension is 1 mm.
The movement along the transverse axis is for cutting the stone (from one wall to the another). The movement is characterized by smooth control of its start parameters, braking and speed.
The acceleration of the disk is effected by the star-delta system (time of acceleration is set in the programmer, after the acceleration the speed remains constant) or with an inverter for the motor of 30 kW (appropriately adjusted parameters of acceleration and braking and a smooth regulation of the rotation speed).
During the operation of the machine 19 programs for cutting plates of different thickness can be programmed.
The cutting length of the block is limited on the one side by the limit switch on the frame of the saw and on the other side (at any place) the disk is set in order to begin the cutting.
During the first cutting in the automatic cycle i.e. during the movement towards the limit switch, the measurement of the way takes place (calculation of the cutting length). If the last cut is needed earlier, before the switch “down” is pressed in the case of an arch in the base of the block, during the movement of the disk or its lowering the button “additional cutting” can be pressed. Thank to this the last cut is effected at big height.
The control system is equipped with a time counter. Appropriate parameters for automatic work and manual movement of the trolley are selected on the operator’s board, which is connected to the programmable control unit.
The transport is by the buyer’s own means.
In case the buyer does not order the cable guide to the water and power supply, it is his responsibility connect the machine to the supply cabinet.
It is the obligation of the buyer to install the main switch in a casing on the wall and guarantee.
