Versatile machine MULTINOVA WMKK01

Machine is assigned for making a, polishing and drilling of plate with thickness to 300 mm (area : max. 2000 x 1000 mm) for natural stone (granite, marble, sandstone) and for conglomerate.
It is possible because machine is able to work with the diamond tools (motor has a fast - grappling  handle for instruments) and because of endowment to circulation of water during work cooling working instrument.
 

Liquid regulation:

• Speed of turning spindle
• Speed  in pivot X movement (table movement) and Z pivot (support movement: top-bottom)
• Tightening on middle knee (It allows optimal selecting parameter of processing dependent on kind processed material and employed instruments)
• Match of steering enables work of machine in manual cycle or automatic. You can chose the type of work on steering panel.

Functions:

1. Manual work - Polishing of surface with manual conduct of head
2. Oscillatory work - Processing flank external of plate and internal (big opening under the washbasin about optional outline.
3. Polishing of flat flank and profile
4. Drilling holes
5. Milling channels in flanks
