In this machine all feed motion along the table comes from the servomotor and servo amplifier. This ensures higher quality standard of processing of material and the overall service.
What is important: while marking beginning and end of the processed slab, the user can apply optional feed speed of the carriage with support!!
In case of 3-phase motor and inverter, while marking beginning and end of processed material, the carriage with the head has to be moved along the table with the same speed as the processing speed. In case of difference in speed during processing, the distortion on the length of marked material will occur (either too short or too long). The bigger the difference is, the more or less material will be marked at both ends during processing. Presumable corrections in marking material are conducted before processing.
Servo motors used in Side Grinder B1PK2000.2 are characterised by a far better motion dynamics and regardless the speed set by user, the head will precisely hit marked point.
Moreover, moment of servomotor is constant, regardless of the speed, as distinct from 3-phase motors, where the moment gets significantly lower at low speeds, what gives servo motors an advantage in reliability of processing.
